The pesticides did not come from the farmer but from miles away, from a non-organic farm traveling by rain water, ground water, or other ways. Because of this we test everything. It does not matter if it is certified organic or not. We test everything for herbicides, pesticides, and other pollutants including heavy metals and bacteria. If we find anything, it is rejected to guarantee the potency, purity, consistency, and quality."
